Attach standard Mattebox to rails?

I have a Formatt Mattebox and needa know how to attach it to rails. Doesn't really look like it has a rail mount or anything like that.

Any advice?
 
I believe these are screw-on matteboxes ... meaning you need to order an adapter from them to go from the lens filter threads to the mattebox. IF you've got threads on there already, a standard step-up ring might work.
