Besides the rolling shutter effect issues you can also hav stoboscopic effects. I have a shot which I paned slowly and at the same time zoom a little out and still have a kind of stroboscopic result (I had the feeling it was a slow pan maybe it was still to fast). Would reducing the shutter time have decreased this artifact or does increase the framerate only do the job ?
