Atomos Shogun Inferno: SDI seems to be shot...

The title pretty much sums it up: the SDI on my Atomos Shogun Inferno appears to be shot. Tested various cables and two different cameras (FX6 and Fs5), RAW signal and video—nothing. Then tested a different monitor unit (Atomos Shinobi) and SDI signal was coming through just fine, regardless of cable. On the Shogun the HDMI was working.

Is there anything I'm missing? I've already made sure it wasn't set to double or quad link.

Has anyone else had this issue? I really don't use the Inferno all that much anymore (and I could rely on HDMI alone) but it's nice to have a fully functioning piece of kit, if possible.
 
And actually it appears my HDMI on my Shinobi is shot... not a good day for Atomos products around here.

FWIW, I've been very careful about order of operations when plugging / unplugging SDI cables (at least, I think I have...).
