When I output raw from my FS5 my Inferno seems to apply a different gamma curve than what one expects from Slog3 footage. It's more contrasty and punchier with less dynamic range. This is clearly apparent on the Inferno's LCD screen so it is not an NLE issue (but it remains baked in when brought into an NLE). Files recorded internally to the SD card or output as 10-bit HD or 8-bit 4K to the Atomos retain the correct Slog3 gamma curve so there's something happening specifically with raw output. As it stands the raw footage is useless since LUTs designed for SLog3 just won't work as designed with what the Inferno is recording.
I have the most recent firmware installed and I'm pretty confident my settings are correct. I've emailed Atomos but they haven't responded. Anyone run into this problem before?
