Atomos Ninja V - incorrect data levels and zebras

I've been testing the Ninja V with the P4k and GH5. On the GH5 in V-LOG the zebras have to be set at 85% and not 80% to match the signal clipping in the waveform and the in-camera Zebras - not such a big deal but in HLG the Zebras are way off. On the P4k the zebras have to be set at 95% or lower otherwise they don't activate and at 95% the signal is around 85% on the waveform so zebras for ETTR are pretty useless. This looks like a 0-255 / 16-235 confusion? Is the P4K sending a 16-235 signal out over the HDMI? In the GH5 you can see this in the HDMI setup where V-LOG and HLG HDMI data levels are fixed and different.

ProRes data levels are 16-235 (aka Legal).

I think somewhere in the White Papers there’s a spec for Full Range but AFAIK nobody utilizes it.

I'm also experiencing this issue. I assume it's something that can be fixed with a software update?
