Hello guys. I just would like to give some feedback about the Atomos Ninja modding that I came up with.
The reason why I came up with this modding is that there are NO 2.5" hard disks of 1.5 TB or 2.0 TB. I use a 1tb hard disk with the ninja, but I need bigger storage.
Since the 1.5 TB or 2.0 TB hard disk are 3.0" and do not fit inside the Ninja, the solution is creating an external hard disk system.
So I bought a [h=1]SATA+Power Extension Male~Female 20"Cable/Cord 7+15 pin[/h]I unscrewed the 4 tiny screws on the Ninja, on the side of the ninja where the power button is. I open that little case and I connected the cable above to the inside of the ninja, where the internal hard disk box usually gets connected.
I connected a 1.5 TB or 2.0 TB hard disk of 3.0" to the cable above that was coming out from the ninja.
So i got an external hard disk system, just buying a cable and unscrewing 4 screws...
