Atomos Ninja Blade Screen capture - no audio

Trying to record a computer screen for future demonstration video.
I hooked up my Ninja blade via HDMI and it looks great. Sharp image, scrolls, mouse pointer etc. But there's no audio when I play embedded youtube videos that are on my websites I tested.
Any ideas?
 
At a guess you are taking video from a HDMI port on your computer or a loop thru on a monitor, are you sure your computer is putting audio out through the HDMI port or is it being directed to an external audio port.
 
Thank you Vultch. My notebook PC has an HDMI out jack and when I plug into it, it automatically sends out a signal. I'm using Windows 8.1 which I am not very familiar with so I will see if there is a setting to switch audio output from audio port to HDMI in case that is the problem.
