Atomos Ninja and AV comatibility

Hello, I own an Atomos Ninja to which I would like to connect an AV (RCA) video device.
I bought an AV(RCA) to HDMI converter :

Mygica V2HD Composite Video to HDMI Video UpConverter

http://www.cdrdvdrmedia.com/mygica-v2hd-video-converter.html

so that I can convert the AV signal to HDMI.
Unfortunately the Ninja can not recognize the signal coming out from the Mygica V2HD converter.

I know that the Ninja is compatible to the :

KanexPro Component to HDMI Audio/Video Converter.

Could u please suggest me a video converter (AV/RCA to HDMI) that I could connect (compatible) to the Ninja ?
Thank you
ps:

I want to give some feedback.
The Ninja IS compatible with this 1 TB hard disk:

Samsung HN-M101MBB 1TB 5400 RPM 2 1/2" Laptop Hard Drive Sata 2

I have the above hard disk , I tested and works fine on the Ninja

Hi marcolisi
I am also wanting to input analogue input ... probably S video. I have found that the Ninja cannot work with 1080p input. I have a cheap composite/S video to HDMI converter which has both 720p and 1080p output.
When I select 720p on the converter the Ninja recognises it. If I select 1080p on the converter the Ninja doesn't see it.
The reason I want to record from an analogue source is because I have a Datavideo SE500 vision mixer which I use for live events and I want the option of using the Ninja to record multi camera shoots with this setup.
I have also tested a cheap component to HDMI converter via Canon HV30 and Canon XH-A1s and it works really well with the Ninja. This shows as 1080i in the Ninja.
I'd be interested if anyone has used any of the composite/S video converters successfully with the Ninja.

There's no such thing as 1080P or 720P over S-video. S-Video is limited to SD only. Your converter is probably not sending a standard HDMI signal to the recorder.

Your probably right but I'm interested in why the Ninja says the input signal is 720p60 .... it should be 720p50 with a pal setup. My experience so far with the Ninja is that when it is receiving a SD signal it simply says Pal and the image is squashed to 4x3.
With this converter it is full screen 16x9 with 720p60 showing as input. My main issue with this is that with any movement of the camera the video is a little juddery.
