Has anyone tried the new beta plugin for Adobe Premiere CS4 yet? Its supposed to accelerate the export to about 200% in speed if you have the AMD processor and the HD48xx series card.

Do any of you know if it also accelerate the editing process? i.e will it be capable of playing H.264/AVCHD content in real time in premiere?

Would love to hear from a user that has tried it.

thank you.

Don't know about that plug-in, but with an nVidia card you can certainly play AVCHD in real time in Premiere 4.1, so it certainly seems like a reasonable assumption.
