Hi there I have secured funding to cover the Track and Field Nationals in New Zealand in two weeks time. This will be the first time I have produced an event with two camera operators working with me. The event will be uploaded to an athletics site on the evenings. The event will go ahead even if the weather is bad so I am always a bit worried as we have only been given enough money to hire one HDV prosumer camera and 2 solid state consumer cams (with enough space) for the two days of shooting. Food provided and a room also provided.
I'm working through the call sheet now but am thinking of things needed during the day: Help add to the list if you can think of any!!! or any traps for first timers. Much appreciated!
