Assuming you shoot 4:3 or 4:3 Letterbox...

I'm trying to gather as much info on this topic as possible...

Let say you shoot 4:3 letterbox, OR you shoot 4:3 and matte in the letterbox in your NLE.

When you're done editing/scoring etc., what are the steps (and software) you use to crop out the blackbars and end up with a truly 16:9 Anamorphic output for DVD?

And, in your method of doing so, do you believe you're losing any quality?

Thanks!

Okay, assuming you don't want to use the Photozoom Pro method...

Not that I have anything against it, but doing anything longer than about 10 minutes worth of footage could be... well, ugh.
