assive Hard Drive space

I am currently working with a director on an few independent films and we are getting to post production for them. We are looking at around 200 hours of HD footage and are now looking for a storage medium for all of the footage. Can someone point me in the right direction for storing all of these files so they can be edited?
 
What format of HD (HDV, DVCPro HD, Pro Res, etc.,.), and what is your budget? HDV won't be too bad storage wise, but anything greater than is going to start getting expensive.
