Asked to rec an event and deliver unedited???

Hello,

Ok I own a small production company. I am use to filming and editing all my events. I have a crew 4 with me at most every shoot. Someone asked me to record an event for them and turn in the raw footage to them as they have their own editor. My question is, do you guys do this? This is the first time anybody has asked me to do this and I am unsure of if i should do it? I am afraid of putting out all my footage out there, the good the bad etc. What do you guys recommend?
 
I've done it. Make sure they understand what they're getting into. Being hired as a camera guy is a normal thing, and if they have an editor who will do it for less an understandable choice. You don't get paid as much but you also don't have to invest as much in the project.
 
I've done this several times as well. If it's a long shoot their editor will want you to keep a shot-list.
