I'm ready to get the Arri Softbank IV Tungsten 5 Light Kit at B&H. Any suggestion of what's a good gel kit to go with this (specific link)? Is there a specific size I should be looking for?

I'd definitely start out with a pack of CTO and CTB gels (12"x12"). I usually get mine from www.filmtools.com

I just received my order a couple days ago. Very nice set of color correction gels and diffusers. All 12" x 12". You may eventually need more for your kit, but this kit is great to start off with, especially for the price. 50 gels/diffusers for only $74.95 (local grip places usually charge at least $10 per sheet!). Oh, and they also gave me $5 off for being a dvxuser!

12"x12" gels will work 95% of the time with your kit. With your softbox, however, you can go a couple of different ways. Putting gels on the inside can be done but this often needs a gel larger than 12x12. The other method, is to have even a larger piece, to cover the entire face of the softbox. Personal taste, and what works best for you would be the decision maker here.
You need Opal,Straw,and 1/4 CTO as well as 1/2 CTO. You'll also want 1/4,1/2,and full CTB. I would also get some minus and plus green for working with or against flourescent lights. Opal is fantastic for faces, but I would add another type of diffusion as well. 216 is denser, and is good for a flatter,more even illumination, I also like gridcloth. For background colors, several vendors sell a "Party Pak" of blue,green.red,yellow,purple..ect. Get some GOOD wooden clothes pins(C-47's).
Might also want to buy some black wrap to shape your lights, or to keep them from spilling out the sides of the light.
