Arri Rosette 15mm Bracket

So I have this (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/980070-REG/wooden_camera_wc_163400_rosette_bracket.html) Wooden Camera Rosette bracket that I use to mount my shoulder mount arms to, the rosettes are attached to the bracket via small Philips head screws, and the screws keep coming loose. So I have to keep taking off the arms, tightening the screws, rinse and repeat. Looking for a solution to this problem. Super glue in the screw holes?

I looked for other rosette brackets, Zacuto, etc., and it seems they all have this same design of using small screws to attach the rosette to the bracket. It'd be nice to find a design that the rosette is one piece with the bracket, molded together or whatnot.
 
Yes, Loctite. The screws in the rosette on my MicroForce bracket were doing the same thing. Haven't had an issue since using it.

I think the rosettes are designed like that, so that they can be easily replaced if they were to get worn.
