Arhiving P2 to Rimage Blu-Ray

Hi,

We have been tapeless (P2) for 4 years and we archive to raid 10 and VXA tape. We also just purchased a Rimage w/Blu-ray Archive solution.

Does anybody own this system and can list pro/con of archiving to BR as opposed to other mediums.

PS: We didn't purchase this system with the purpose of archiving but I want to get peoples opinion of the process if they have a Rimage BR.

I don't have a system, but I do have a Pioneer Bluray burner that I archive raw files from XDCAM. I get blank disks for about $3 ea and needed the space since all my raid arrays are getting filled.
