So I bought my DVX from EVS about 2 months ago. I got the 4 year Mack warantee with it. Having remembered about it, and digging it up, I found that I needed to register it within 30 days of purchasing the camera. I did not do this. Any suggestions? Should I contact Mack? Should I just send it in regardless? Or am I just screwed?

Contact them and explain the problem, that you did not understand it needed to be registered.

Good luck! I never had any luck with those warranties that were not offered directly by the company that made the product, but I hope you do.
