This is my first post and thread in dvxuser.com. I'm absolutely loving how informative and generous people are with helping everyone out.
I'm in Hong Kong for an indefinite period of time. Hong Kong broadcasts PAL, but I may be in North America later, and thus I am considering the HMC151 over the HMC150 as it gives me the flexibility of shooting NTSC or PAL.
I found 2 sites that sell the HMC151 that can ship to Hong Kong. Has anyone bought from them? Are there any other reliable HMC151 retailers with affordable pricing?

At one point I was considering getting the HMC150 at B&H, but I've read there's complications and quality loss in converting NTSC to PAL and vice versa.
I intend to shoot short films, docs and general videography.
