Are these same Lighting kit (from different companites)?

I know these are cheap kits, but I don't have much money right now and someone else said these work well for the money. One is from Imagewest.tv and the other is from Ephotodiscounters on e-bay.

The kits seem identical to me, except the ephoto kit is about $100 cheaper. Do most companies just buy cheap kits and resell them? I saw that Cowboy studios also had a very similar/identical kit, so that makes me assume that they are all buying from the same supplier. But I'm sure about, just an assumption.

Note: Imagewest actually seems like a pretty decent company (nice helpful salepeople and a 1 year warranty), but not sure if that justifies a $100 extra expense.

probably; but ill say this; i like the openface blulines i bought from imagewest. a lot. ive already made most of the investment back in renting them out, and i wont be ticked when the inevitable dents dings scrapes and breaks start coming in.

and yes those look identical. i found fresnels, arri knockoffs, identical to the 1K arri knockoffs imagewest sells, for less than half the price.
