Are these Lenses gonna be Cool?

I have an HVX-200a and it looks as if I am gonna buy the Shoot 35 SGBlade (w/ RR2).

Are the following Lenses gonna be cool to use?

Sigma 24-70mm 1:2.8 EX DG
Sigma 14mm EX 1:2.8 Aspherical HSM
Sigma 70-200mm EX 1:2.8 DG HSM
Lensbaby 3G (EOS Mount)

Will they be cool? Yes. Fast glass is always cool. The 14mm f/2.8 especially.

That said, I don't know if you'll be able to use the 24-70 or the 70-200... do those have aperture rings on the lens mount? If yes, then they will work well on your SGBlade + HVX200a.

I use a Nikon 80-200/2.8 and lots of prime lenses on my Letus35 Elite + HVX200 at work, and also on my Letus35 Mini and HMC40 at home. You're going to have fun with it

You could also get a different lens mount for your adapter and look for vintage fully manual lenses. Unless you have an upgrade path to Canon DSLR, I cannot see why you would need to buy pricier autofocus lenses. You can instead opt for even faster (see f 2.0, 1.8 or 1.4) lenses with "character". You can find a multitude of legendary lenses in Nikon, M42 or Canon FD or Minolta MD mounts that can be used on the SGBlade.
