Are these lens flares done in camera or in post?

Ive been trying to figure out how to get lens flares like this. I know about the after fx lens flares but I want something done in camera preferrably. Also what kind of lens is that where the talent seam really blurry and shift around like they are ghost?

Well, it's anamorphic. So yeah, you'd get flares like that in camera. But a few of them seemed a bit over the top to me. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were added or enhanced in post.
