Hey guys. Im in need of some direction. Ive noticed that my Premier cs3 transitions arent as great as FCP. Is there any way of getting more transitions from a third party or plugin???

Yeh..I've noticed this too...that the transitions that ship with Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 are really very basic wipes etc....

Surely there must be some better options out there.

Years ago I used Pinnacle's Hollywood FX.

There are a list of plugins here:

One option seems to be the ProDad tools..eg. Vitascene

But I also would be curious to hear from anyone who can recommend a plug in that has a good value bundle of transitions/effects that provide a boost to the software.

canopus videofx is also a good package - does have its fair share of cheesy ones, but it's a large collection so you'll find ones you like
