Are podcasts in Dvxuser's future?

I am becoming a fan of podcasts and would like to suggest to Jared,Barry and the powers that be that they would be a great addition to the site. A monthly podcast would be a welcome addition to the Articles section to provide even more information on new products and techniques. This site is already the #1 filmmakers site on the web IMHO and the addition of occasional podcasts would only solidify that lofty status. Lets face it the world is changing rapidly and while I think any change at this site should be thought thru before implementing I wanted to present a voice in favor of podcasts.

The possibilities are endless, interviews with members discussing how they approach using the Dvx in different situations. (disjecta,Norm Li,Hudson etc.)The community could participate and speed the learning process. Somethings don't come across right via the written word. (sadly it took me a number of times to do disjecta's Photozoom Pro technique). I am not in favor of a podcast for a podcast sake but when there is an interview or interesting topic it would be invaluable.

Your thoughts?

It might just be me and the fact that I'm not a fan of podcasts, but to a certain extent this is already kind of done. Anyone can submit an article, just post it in the appropriate thread, and you can link up your .mov or .wmv file. Last night I watched Scott Spears white balance video, a few days ago I watched Ty Ford's shotgun mic shootout, and then there is always Barry Green's disco inferno.

It's kind of already in place... Just my $.02

There was a thread about this that Luis Cafesse was trying to implement. I'm not sure if it ever went anywhere. Should be searchable though. I tend to agree with Yankee that it's already in place but it might be nice to have at least a sub-category where they would all be nice and organized.
