I am just about to finally purchase the Arri kit I've been saving for a while and I noticed it jumped up a few hundred dollars on B&H Photo's website.

I thought prices are suppose to come down! :)

Not on lighting gears they don't. Especially Arri. I hear B&H is raising prices on a lot of other products too.

They must be waiting on my tax refund money! I had this Arri kit in my wish list for months at $2300 and it's almost $2600 now.

Quality fresnels always go up in price. You could actually make a bit of money investing in fresnels, holding onto them for a few years and then reselling them at a higher price.:)

hmmm...good idea, I'll buy up as many of those Fresnel assets as I can....then 10 years from now I'll be kicking back on my private island and keeping cool with some brews from my own personal brewery!!

Thanks for the investment tip!!
