Are all P2 cards legit?

I just got my first P2 camera, and am looking to add cards. A few small ebay sellers seem to sort of specialize in selling them used or new at less than what even a place like B&H would seemingly have to pay. That of course seems a little bit suspicious. Are there gray market cards out there to avoid for any reason?

There is no such thing as a counterfeit P2 card. They're all genuine product. Might be gray market or stolen, I mean, nobody legit sells for drastically lower than somebody else, but they shouldn't be any sort of knockoff.

Maybe they're worn-out E-series?
