I have one of the newest Edelkrone SliderPLUS Pro (Large) sliders and I'm looking to fit it with an Arca Swiss type bottom plate to make tripod switches a lot easier. What I don't like about the slider is it only has one 3/8" screw thread on the bottom, but I've noticed it also has 4 threads (smaller than 1/4") around it which could be utilised to get a stronger hold. Has anyone got a solution for this? I'm wondering if the Kessler Utility Plate would do the trick, but the chances are the holes won't match up by the looks of it.
