Aputure EZ Box For the HR672 LED

The holes in the block are at a slightly outward angle which is not immediately obvious but I had a similar experience. I found them almost impossible to get in until I noticed that they are splayed out slightly away from the side of the light as well at which point they became marginally less impossible to fit!
I found the whole device a pain in the arse and takes so long to build it would make you look stupid if a client caught you trying to build it. My only option is to leave it built or get to set earlier.....I haven't used it yet so I cannot say what the light will be like but I'm not impressed with the thing really.
 
I recently just purchased two 672w models and I was wondering if anyone recommended any specific gels for these type LEDS panels?

For interviews, with not much available light, what f stop/ISO do you find yourself working on with these lights?
