The replacement filter seems to have fixed the green fringe issue and improved the overall color of the 300d.

Check out the post as well as it has the charts with test results. I didn't shoot anything with the new filter due to time restraints and at least having someone other than myself as a model. YUCK! But the test scores are very telling and to my eye, the light looks much cleaner.
