Aputure 120D - Light Dome Options?

I cannot decide on a good dome for my 120D. I'm mostly a solo shooter so I'm looking for something quick and easy to set up. I'm mostly using the 120D for interviews.

The umbrella mechanism appeals to me but I've read it reduces the output.
The Aputure light dome looks like it takes a lot of time so I'm narrowed down to
- Cheetahstand: 36" RiceBowl RB-90 Deep Parabolic Softbox
- Fotodiox: Deep EZ-Pro Softbox
- Impact - Folding Beauty Dish (28")

Any other recommendations besides those? Thanks!

I'd suggest actually putting one together and taking it apart (soft box). I think for the majority of soft boxes you are going to find the time it takes to be about the same (not a whole lot of difference). I've put together all types of soft boxes and they all take about the same time so I'm not sure if the size of the soft box is scaring you/causing you to worry, but it they are not overly complicated pieces of kit.

Ofc, out of all the things you listed, the beauty dish will be the easiest, as it requires just snapping it to the mount.
