Approved Shippers for Paypal???

Can someone please provide a link to additional approved shippers in Paypal's online Security Center? I have searched and searched without luck. This is not the first time I couldn't find information on Paypal's site. I need to send this back because the seller sent me chargers that are not for the CGA-D54. The seller, smart_digi, would not admit his mistake. However, Paypal will aprove a refund if I return them via an approved shipper.

from Paypal's User Agreement:

15. Definitions
e. "Approved Shipper"
means a shipping provider offering services that meet PayPal's standards herein for Viewable Online Proof of Delivery, and Viewable Online Signature Confirmation. Approved Shippers include USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx. For additional Approved Shippers visit PayPal's online Security Center.

Then go to your post office and use Express Mail Service (EMS) to ship back. It's a traceable shipping method. However, for the postage you have to pay, it doesn't seem worth mailing it back for refund.

So they do approve EMS? I think you're right about it not being worth the cost of sending it back. After I check, I'll see about seeking recourse through my credit card company. What I don't get is why the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways when it is clear that the seller made the error(!).

Stay away from smart_digi (smart_digital shop) on eBay. They refused to acknowledge having sent the wrong charger, despite photographs. They simply kept responding, like a young child, to unrelated issues. The bank (USAA) that issued me my credit card gave me a refund but they are not pursuing smart_digi. Unfortunately, sellers like smart_digi rely on the fact that the cost to return ship a wrong or defective item serves as a deterrent from seeking a proper resolution because, even after a refund, the buyer has paid shipping both ways for a mistake the seller made.
