Seems like a pretty good deal, has a lot of features that were only available to Powerbooks for a long time.

I really don't uderstand... Nobody seems bugged by this... Maybe it's just me...
I was planing on getting one of those myself, to do some auxilliary tasks most office and mobile stuff, som maybe that's why I'm so bummed. Since people were starting to rumor of a black version and with the recent sucess of Black iPods, I was getting excited. And c'mon, that black Macbook sure is pretty. (Wich reminds me, I have to clean my Powermac's WHITE keyboard again...)
Now, the only problem is that it costs 200 bucks more than the 2.0GHz White one, and with what upgrades? An 80Gb drive. Wow, 20GB Hard Drive upgrade for ONLY 200 dollars? I mean, does it make ANY sense?
Now other than that I have no complains. In fact I'm extatic they could do the basic 1.83GHz version for only $1099, that is a real good price, expecting the performance increase will be on par with the other models that have gone Intel Core. Maybe that will be my new laptop afterall, or maybe I can wait a little and try to buy a Black one refurbished...

Pain In The Ass 2.0
i have a 12" powerbook G4 and i agree ... it's very tiny, great for taking to class and writing notes (BTW, i just graduated, so no more of that!), I'm pissed cause I paid 1500 for this one in september and the new cool black one is the same price.
