hi
i have problem with prores codec after rendering out. when i render i got blue blank screen (see the pic)
only remedy i can found out is if the sequence setting is changed to 8 bit or RGB, which i believe it kills the purpose of working with 10bit prores codec.
Export->Quicktime is giving same blue blank screen. "Using Quicktime Conversion" makes it right. however that is a method I'd like to avoid when exporting clips from the timeline.
Does anybody have same problem or a solution?
I'm on FCP v7.03
FCP preferences has been trashed many times...
