I am doing an advertisement for a client, and sent them a link to view it and they were concerned about their logo and their sponsor logos looking jagged. This is caused by interlacing. It looks fine once I view it on a television, but on the computer, the logos look jagged. They don't seem to accept my technical responses to their concern, and I have a feeling I will be replacing the logos several times to no avail and they will not understand that it is normal. Is there a way of eliminating the jaggedness so that the logos are sharp and clear?
I am about to try using a different codec.
Currently, I am using the DV NTSC preset in Motion, and exporting using the current settings
"Apple ProRes 4444, 8-Bit Color + Alpha
Field Rendering Off, Motion Blur Off, Frame Blending On"
EDIT: I exported out of Motion using the Uncompressed 10-Bit codec.
