Hello guys,
I have recently found out that Vimeo and Youtube completely shifts the black levels of my video in Google Chrome browser using HTML 5 decoding. I wanted to ask if there is anyway of how can I legalize luma levels for web video browsing like you can do for TV broadcast inside Premiere or Speedgrade?
thank you for suggestion, really appreciate your help

here is the example shot, where you can see the luma shift most visible:

Dude.
There's NO WAY to fix Chrome's destruction of the stream. And you don't need to pixel peep to see it. It's INSANELY WAY OFF.

Just save your sanity and remember to always watch in... oh... pretty much ANY other browser.

I.E. is pretty true to video streams these days.

FWIW - Chrome is less horrible on MAC. It's still a bit off, but less so than on Windows.

but the problem is that the crushed black are supposed to hide all the props that were used to hang the girl and now with gamma decoding everything can be seen ...
