Better than Comic Sans. When I was in college it seemed like every other project turned in had Comic Sans for opening titles and credits.
 
Lmfao.

At least Courier has a place. Courier is a standard font. If you haven't noticed or you don't use Final Draft, it's the default Font and as well, in every other script writing program..

Comic Sans, though. lmfao.

That's just as bad as designers using Comic Sans in ads.
 
Yea, I hate Comic Sans. Its like fingernails on a chalkboard. What you need to do is find a font, and make it your own, and use it throughout the movie.

As you would expect from me, Wes Anderson does this. He uses the Futura Md Bt font, and stretches it vertically a very little bit, and uses it. Beautiful.
 
I tend to do that when designing.

Just kinda modify a font or fonts until I come up with something neat-o. Though, my GF actually creates fonts from scratch. She's a psycho.

And yeah, I can tell you're a Wes Anderson fan.

I like his [visa?] commercial. It always grabs a laugh out of me when they pan over to the burning car.

AMEX commercial- and I almost fainted when I saw it. I love it.
