I just got my Manhattan LCD, and although I've tried to calibrate it as best I can with color bar and 47B blue gel, I still can't tell whether I'm getting an accurate image. I figure the best way to do this would be to set the monitor side by side with a calibrated CRT production monitor and adjust my setting until the two matches as closely as possible.
So if anyone around SF or Berkeley area have such a monitor in their editing suite and would be willing to let me come by and do a side-by-side calibration, I would very much appreciate it. If after this you need to borrow any of my equipments or can use my service on your shoot then I would be happy to. Please let me know. Thanks!
