Anyone watching this plane over LAX?

What if the plane blew up and everybody died on live television? That would have been bad. I honestly didnt think they were gunna make it.

and yet another reason why I don't fly, watching this was almost as bad as watching TLC's air disasters.

I had high hopes. There have been cases in the past of passenger planes landing without gear.

Apparently, the folks in the plane were watching the news feed LIVE.... The did turn it off for the landing though. Can you imagine that??? They had CNN on with the doomsday commentators piped into the cabin???

Sheesh, where were the Seinfeld reruns when you need them????

You just can't turn off though can you and they know it. Must be some deep rooted urge that we actually want other humans to die... Darwin or something I guess.
