Anyone Want To See the Difference . . .

[David Jimerson]

. . . that 24p makes?

Watch tonight's live "Will & Grace" premiere.

Shot in 60p instead of 24p.

Looks like a soap opera.

You'll see.

[Hectorxd]

Hey
Yeah I saw it. Why the change just because its live? Cant they still shoot 24p live? Seemed like they threw in a lot of stuff that the censors didnt know about before hand.

If it was shot in 24p live it would not look live.

[David Jimerson]

There was definitely some unscripted stuff going on.

I forgot about that. I would have taped the east coast and west coast feed and watched both. I understand that they used different jokes for both coasts. Would have been nice to see the difference. Television used to be great when it was live. Now it's the most difficult thing to do.

[David Jimerson]

Good point. If I had thought about it, I'd have done the same.

[Prairieboy]

I saw about three seconds of it from accross the room and actually wondered what was wrong with it. Good old Spidey sense.

[Rich Lee]

i saw in hidef...looked ugly.

[Jay Rodriguez]

didn't see it.... Where do they run the reruns?

[Isaac_Brody]

Watched it. Looked like reality tv. I was watching and thinking "who the hell are these people?" Ugh.
