Anyone using Yelp or Kudzu for your business?

I'm in the process of finishing up my new site, making it more 2.0 friendly and was looking to add a social media/customer review widget to it. I realize that .0001% of qualified clients would find me through a site like Yelp or Kudzu since it's more B2C focused, but am more or less looking for a centralized place that I can have my satisfied clients post their reviews/testimonies.

Does anyone use a service like Yelp or Kudzu? Is there another service out there geared more towards B2B?

I used Yelp for a little while for my event videography business. I asked brides to register on Yelp and post a review. I had about 5 brides actually follow through and do this and they left me glowing reviews which was excellent. Months later I was looking at my company's profile on Yelp and found that I had 0 reviews! It turns out that if you are reviewed by someone who doesn't post a lot of reviews or use Yelp often, that they "randomly" remove that users reviews. In my case all of the brides who registered at Yelp specifically to review me got their reviews wiped out.

I understand that they are trying to avoid spammers, but I won't encourage my clients to go through all that hassle to review my company when chances are that the review will be wiped away.

Wow, what an absolutely stupid business! I don't know anyone who uses Yelp at all personally, I never have, it is pretty worthless to me.

And they think this is a good way to encourage new people to find and use their site? By wiping out their reviews? That's pretty fresh! Great way to make sure nobody else signs on whatsoever.

No, I don't use Yelp, or care about it. It really has nothing to do with my business. We stick with social networking sites, blog posts, regular Websites (our own), etc.

I love yelp and use it all the time and can see why they would do that, keeping people from creating fake accounts or just logging in to give one review and that's it (incentive to keep using the site). It's a bummer for this particular instance though.
