Anyone using Kontakt from Native Instruments?

Been thinking about getting it but was curious of what people here thought of it.

They have other pieces of software but I'm mainly interested in the sampling portion.

Thoughts?

I have both Kontakt and Intakt. Both were fantastic but I prefer Intakt. Sampling is a breeze and what you can do with them after you get them in there is endless. I don't make music anymore but If you need samples I have over a million sounds just sitting on a Hard drive.

Is this for music or SFX? I gave up on software samplers after investing too much time learning two is succession that got orphaned. Kontakt is probably pretty safe since it's in pretty wide use and would probably be picked up if they folded. I have heard good things about it with post folks. I picked up a fully loaded E4 for less than my first soft sampler and am quite happy in it's hardware box OS independent world. But my needs are pretty simple and it also is not made anymore, but has a really large user base. If I were doing music I would have to bite the bullet and go software again but...

Thanks Noiz2.

I'd use it mainly for music. I kept poking around on a few other forums since my original post, and I think I'll go for it. I'm also reading up on Pro Tools which I understand is the industry standard, and I have a fair idea of what it can do, although I've never used it. That said, I feel Kontakt would do quite well for my needs.
