Anyone using a Guardian MAXimus mini ?

Is someone using the Guardian MAXimus mini ?

I try to get information if I should use that or g-raid mini (g-tech) as editing drive, but just found one review (good one) about it.

I know many RED owners who use their RAID 1 drives for critical media backup.

Don't base your decisions off o4 4 reviews on Amazon.

With the first you can hot swap and store the third phisicaly on another place. Really hard to decide.

I'm using the GuardianMaximus Mini raid now, after working at home in the evenings and the power went out cutting power to an AC connected raid box. At the studio I have multiple battery backups but for home and elsewhere the mini raid will be perfect with bus power.

I am very pleased with the product.

I would use it mainly at home and my iMac runs on current, but it's nice to have the portability in case. Thanks for that discount tip, now I have to wait for their newsletter.
