Anyone Used the M-Audio Microtrack

[urbanmantis]

Has anyone used the M-Audio microtrack for recording sync sound on a shoot? IS this possible. I know it uses compact flash as its medium and has multiple I/O's. Many are saying its a better choice tha portable MDs.

Thoughts on this device (http://www.zzounds.com/item--MDOMICRO/view--Angle) or portable digital devices fort recording sync audio in general?

In regards to the microtrack, this is a very useful tool. I'm actually about to purchase one myself. I have used it in a dark stormy night, sunny day with the birds chirping and yes, it's very sharp audio.
