Anyone used songfreedom.com?

I recently found this site and thought it almost too good to be true. Songs available for synchronization for $49 and $199?
It that is the case it will make things so much easier. I've bought massive libraries of royalty free music for years and even some of it gets flagged on youtube so the hassles never end. I'll never have time to create my own music so that is out.
People prefer the copyrighted commercial stuff anyway, so If it can be used for those prices count me in!
Thoughts? Gotchas?

I know nothing about them; this is the first I've heard of 'em. If it's legit, it seems like exactly what the music and video industries need.

Gotta read through the licenses though; this snippet might put the damper on a whole lot of uses that filmmakers (especially no-budget guerilla filmmakers) might want to put it to:
You are not authorized to use Songfreedom music for films/projects with inappropriate content such as but not limited to pornography, drugs and alcohol, violence, or any content deemed appropriate for mature audiences only.

Also, this:
*Please note that mass distribution, broadcasting and/or theatre play will require additional licenses.

And this:
You may use part of a song or the whole song; just NO mashups or mixing 2 songs together into 1. We have to respect what the artist created and the integrity of the song.

So if you're making a wedding video or corporate film, this might be great. If you're making a light indie romantic comedy with no "mature content", and you're looking for a festival-only license, this might work. If you're looking to license the soundtrack for your film that you expect to sell a thousand copies of, then this might not be the right outfit for that. Every license for every additional song for every copy above 10 copies, costs $3. So if you license 20 songs in your film, and you sell 10 copies, you're okay; if you sell an 11th copy, you'd owe $60 in license fees for that 11th copy and every copy thereafter.

Yeah. It doesn't appear to be THE BIG solution we've been needing, but a step closer. For a corporate video or wedding this seems to be a huge help.
For a local TV commercial? Well, probably not since that falls under broadcast.

I wonder about demo reels and also if that wedding video goes on youtube?

The way I found out about them was I watched a competitors wedding video on youtube that had a commercial song and I noticed there was no ad or song link. I was like -how did they do that?! At the end was a screen listing the site, composer etc.... and I was like wow! So I went to the site and did a few searches here too
