Anyone use this JVC field monitor?

I've been looking for something that could be battery powered and this looks interesting. Any feedback on it?

Probably okay, but it's quite low resolution (300 lines, ideally you'd want 500 or more).

I would say you could be OK with the first choice Thartley. Even though it is rather low res, it sure beats the hell out of the on-cam LCD, especially in the color accuracy category......

hi terri, I have used that monitor on my last 6 shoots, and we have had one in the rental department for a year. It is rugged, reliable, and accurate. For the money, it is a great monitor. The sony is sharper and the colors are also fantastic, but for 30% less money the JVC is also a great choice. ;D

I have a JVC TM1375SU I got forlike $400 and everyone loves it. Sonys are King, but cost a Lot !! Mine is 750 lines & 16:9 switchable for the ANA. Adapter.
