Hi,
i have a pcm-m10 and i use it with a rode lavalier.

I am interested in the CA9200 or the CA Ugly 2. Maybe i could buy a lavalier as well (CA11 or CA14).

I have 2 questions:

1) would i benefit to have a preamp with my setting ?

2) Does the CA11 or CA14 sounds as good as the rode lavalier ? how is it different?
Do you suggest the cardioid for my setting ?

My purpose is to record my voice when i talk in front of the camera. I don't want to much bass.

Thanks in advance,
Have a good day,
Julien

I have not used either. But unless I am mistaken, the Rode is a mono mic designed for recording speech, and the Church Audio is a stereo mic designed for recording concerts.
