Anyone running Vegas Pro on a Mac

Looking at options.
I do not believe Vegas makes a Mac version. However, I have heard of others running Vegas via bootcamp on a Mac.
Looking for input as to the good bad and ugly.

I wouldn't buy a Mac just to run Windows. If you have compelling reasons to have the Mac OS, then consider it. But if not, don't waste the money. You can do much better for less for a Windows machine.

My main problem with a PC, and I don't know if a Mac would solve my problem is the crashing and inability to render some effects such as Magic Bullet. I can edit using the 32 bit system but despite everything I have tried, I cannot render anything longer than a few minutes with Magic Bullet (without an error message).
So far I have used MB very little but would like the ability to do so in the future.
 
There's nothing about a Mac which would make it more likely to solve that problem than a different Windows machine would be. It's all the same stuff.
