Anyone rented from BudgetVideo ? (I dont work for them)

Budget video film rentals (google for site, I dont want to post a link since my thread title already looks spammy enough), has everything I need and good prices, they say they ship anywhere in the world and quickly...

but how would I return to them? do I have to ship the items back as if I sold them on eBay, go to post office etc... - that would cost like 2-3 or more grand to return heavy things like jibs, dolly's, camera's...

Anyone rented from them before? Do they have a system where, like a truck comes and picks the items up from you and you only pay a couple hundred bucks or so? or...some deal with the post office for free shipping/returning? or...?

Because if my grand rental total is something like $4000, it will cost me that much to return the items in time, it's not worth it.
 
Ah, yes. I have rented from them, actually. I rented a light kit and some support gear last year, and it was a great experience. I rented locally in the Miami area from them, and didn't need any gear shipped, but from what I saw, they're totally legit and run a good operation.
 
Good to know they're legit, they certainly look it from the site.
Just worried about return and shipping (duty for items crossing the border?) costs....
 
Have you checked out rental places locally around us here in T.O.?

I know someone who has a production company that also rents gear, PM for a link depending on what you're looking for.
