Anyone recommend any features which have published detailed lighting diagrams?

[Drcoffee]

I'm after really good DVD extras from feature films on the lighting set-ups used,
or any features which have published detailed description of each set-up.

Other than that, the best examples of this anyone has seen.

There are a few fleeting glimpses into Roger Deakin's lighting techniques in 'Old Country' DVD extras.

Cheers
Jon

American Cinematographer often shows the set ups.
