Anyone play chess?

I played Anhar once. I still have stills in CGI form of every move. I won by default.

I'm not the best, far from it, but I'm in the mood.

Maybe down the road. I don't see anything like that on JTV or the other social channels. I'd love to watch a live game of chess myself.

Thinking out loud.

-Cheers.

/edit: Sorry again dvxusers. Feel like chatting off topic.

Used to play some, never got too serious but learnt a few things in chess club. Occasionally I try to solve the games in the newspaper, with limited success. My achilles heel was always impatience and inability to sustain concentration. Was usually strong in the opening moves and endgame but would play rashly in between them. I could see several moves ahead but would forget my plan by the time I got there!

Recently came out of 'retirement' to play the neighbours super-keen 8yo at a barbeque. He was pretty good, self-taught but a sucker for a sacrifice move and the classic basic gambits. I won the first few games then taught him a couple of things, pointed out his weaknesses and showed him the pin and fork moves. Blew his mind, took to the ideas like a duck to water. Next barbeque he challenged a rematch, I haven't beaten him since!

I love playing Chess against other human beings, in person, but I hate playing against a computer or over the internet, therefore I don't get to play very often.

No me, I suck. Keep the video up. I'll take a look at it after I write my last article for the week.

I love chess.

I've been playing Chess with friends on my iphone.

It's weird and you hurry moves without thinking about it sometimes because of the form, but it's very nice to keep the brain moving.

If anyone wants to play on there, let me know!
