Anyone of you own a CNC machine? collaboration project...

I've made many DIY attempts in building a Rig for my camera. For my HF10 and also for my 5D Mark II. I did not like any of them.
So I did some thinking and came up with a rig much like the Redrock Micro DSLR cage. I do not think that redrock's items are overpriced, they are pretty expensive for someone who does not shoot to earn money.

I would love to build the rig by myself, but I do not have access to a CNC machine. If anyone of you owns one I think we could make this a collaboration project. I can build those parts in a 3D program, I guess i could even manage exporting it into a CAD format. Your job would be machining those parts with the CNC mill.

I guess with this attempt we are able to buil a really professional rig with a pretty reasonable pricetag.

what do you think?

Obviously waaaay after the fact but.......check out Ponoko and 100kgarages. Both of these companies are in this space of easing the prototyping process by matching up CNC owners with the designer who needs a one-off prototype kind of thing. Pretty much like you are describing. both URLs are the same as the above names. Ponoko had a major article in the last issue of Inc magazine.
